Joe Berti

Chief Executive Officer

As chief executive officer for Oniqua, Joe Berti brings over 20 years’ of leadership experience in software and services in a variety of industries to the company. Joe is responsible for driving the overall strategy for the company, managing daily operations and overseeing Oniqua’s product, finance, marketing, sales and customer success teams.

Prior to Oniqua, Joe served as CEO for Clockwork Solutions – a predictive analytics software company in the asset performance management space. Throughout his career, Joe has held several senior management positions with a variety of software and consulting companies, including Servigistics, PointServe, i2 Solutions and Ernst & Young.

Joe has a particular interest in the development, marketing and selling of software products, having been involved in over 10 new major product launches over the course of his career. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University, where he majored in finance, management and information science.

Steve Herrmann

Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing

As Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing Steve Herrmann oversees Oniqua's global sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue - leveraging a results-oriented approach that aligns metrics-based sales and marketing objectives with business and financial goals.

Steve has over 25 years of experience in the management and marketing of best-of-breed and enterprise software companies, including serving as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Artemis International Solutions Corporation – a leading global enterprise project and portfolio management software solutions company. Steve also founded Herrmann Communications, a strategic marketing consulting firm specializing in emerging technology companies.

Steve is a Member of the American Marketing Association (AMA), the Business Marketing Association (BMA), the Boulder Marketing Group (BMG) and bizMethics – a Mensa special interest group established to educate and promote ethics in business. Steve has spoken and taught on a wide range of marketing and management topics at a variety of technology-related events, user conferences and universities.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Journalism and a Masters degree in business management and communications.

Col Rae

Executive Vice President, Customer Success

Col Rae drives the global Customer Success Team and is responsible for ensuring Oniqua’s customers obtain maximum return on investment and savings from our products and services. Col has oversight of account management, consulting, analyst services and project management.

Col specializes in delivering business value to customers through the intelligent application of software and services.

Col has over 17 years of consulting experience working with a diverse range of companies including Tier 1. This is coupled with over 15 years in Supply Management.

Traci Schauermann

Executive Vice President, Professional Services

As Executive Vice President, Professional Services Traci Schauermann oversees Oniqua’s Professional Services team responsible for implementing Oniqua solutions. Traci and her team act as solution enablers between Sales, Product Management and Customer Success to successfully deliver and implement Oniqua customer solutions.

Traci has over 20 years of business leadership experience with an extensive background in Delivery Management. She is a business executive focusing on bringing Business and I/T together to jointly implement effective solutions and manage business process change. Traci has provided experienced leadership and expertise to businesses focused on client relationships, delivery of solutions and team leadership.

Traci holds a Master’s of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Regis University as well as a Bachelor of Science in International Business from California State University of Sacramento.

David Kirwan

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, David Kirwan is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company. David’s responsibilities include the development of a financial and operational strategy and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. David has 25+ years success directing strategy and financial planning, transforming business models and leading high performance teams including 15+ years in operations oriented CFO roles. David’s previous experience has provided him with expertise in startups, fundraising, capital formation and executing exit strategies. He is a native of Ireland, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University College in Dublin and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in London.
