Oniqua Completes Successful 2017 Customer Days in the Americas and Asia-Pacific
ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil, Newmont Mining, Rio Tinto and many other industry leaders gathered to provide user input on Oniqua software, discuss the Oniqua product roadmap and share insights on the practice of optimizing MRO critical spares and materials
Oniqua Intelligent MRO, a leading provider of software and services that optimize MRO materials and critical spares management, today announced it recently hosted three Customer Days events in Denver, Brisbane and Perth. The events drew attendance from leading companies in major asset-intensive industries, including oil and gas; mining; utilities and manufacturing.
"We look forward to our Customer Days events all year long. These events are a way for us to demonstrate how seriously we value our customer relationships, and give us the opportunity to learn more about what our customers want from our products and services,” said Col Rae, EVP of Customer Success, Oniqua. “I’m happy to report that we gathered some very helpful insights that will allow us to continue enhancing our products and services into the future, and received very positive customer feedback during all three events.”
With the theme “Shaping a Combined Future”, the annual Customer Days events provided the opportunity for Oniqua customers to discuss and gain insights into new and upcoming Oniqua technology, as well as provide feedback directly to the product team on suggestions for new product features.

The events offered content-rich sessions, which included: a presentation by Oniqua CEO Joe Berti that covered company and product visions for 2017 and beyond; a comprehensive overview of the latest Oniqua software offering branded “Oniqua IQ Inventory”; a series of interactive workshops on new product features; a demo of Oniqua IQ Analytics (Oniqua’s next generation reporting and dashboarding offering), and much more.
